At Banana Ball, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for the game, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused sports gear. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit for your playing style, we'll help you swap it out or get your money back.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
